Instructions
- Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Add black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, and onion.
- Place cream cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir thoroughly until creamy and fully combined.
- Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
