Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon baking powder (for extra crispy wings)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
- Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the wings.
- Continue cooking for another 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 2–3 additional minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Drying the wings thoroughly helps achieve the crispiest texture.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Toss cooked wings in buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or garlic parmesan sauce if desired.
