  • 2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder (for extra crispy wings)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder.
  4. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the wings.
  8. Continue cooking for another 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. For extra crispiness, increase the temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for 2–3 additional minutes.
  10. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Drying the wings thoroughly helps achieve the crispiest texture.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Toss cooked wings in buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, or garlic parmesan sauce if desired.
