  • 1 1/2 lb skinless salmon fillet 680 g, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 pinch salt and garlic powder

Method

  1. Pat the salmon dry and cut into even 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss with oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange the salmon in a single layer.
  4. Air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking gently halfway, until golden and 145°F inside.
  5. Stir together the sauce ingredients. Serve the bites with lemon, parsley, and sauce.

Notes

Cook in batches if needed so pieces don't touch. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days. Nutrition is an estimate using farmed Atlantic salmon, without sauce.
