Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark

Sweetened Greek yogurt spread thin, topped with berries, dark chocolate, and pistachios, then frozen and broken into pieces. About 70 calories per piece.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 480 g, 2% or whole milk
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup mixed berries patted dry
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 40 g
  • 2 tbsp shelled pistachios chopped
  • flaky sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread into a ¼–⅓-inch-thick rectangle on the parchment.
  4. Scatter berries, chocolate, and pistachios over the top and press in lightly.
  5. Freeze flat at least 3 hours until solid.
  6. Rest 2–3 minutes, then break into 12 pieces and serve.

Notes

Use 2% or whole milk yogurt for a creamier texture. Store frozen in an airtight container up to 2 months. Nutrition is an estimate per piece.
