Ingredients
- 500g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cut steak into cubes
- Heat oil in pan
- Add steak in single layer
- Sear 2–3 minutes
- Flip and cook
- Add butter and garlic
- Toss well
- Serve immediately
