Homemade Fajita Seasoning

  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken, peppers, and onions evenly.
  2. Layer onions and peppers into the Instant Pot, then add chicken.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  4. Sprinkle fajita seasoning evenly over everything.
  5. Pour broth around the edges.
  6. Seal the lid and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
  7. Perform a quick release immediately.
  8. Stir everything together and adjust seasoning if needed.
  9. Serve with tortillas, rice, or favorite toppings.
