Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats 90 g
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter 128 g
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 85 g
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder about 30 g
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips 45 g
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1-2 tbsp milk only if needed

Method
 

  1. Stir the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Add the oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and salt and mix until evenly combined.
  3. Squeeze to test; add milk if crumbly or oats if sticky.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Chill 20–30 minutes.
  6. Roll into tablespoon-size balls with damp hands.
  7. Chill 15 minutes more, then store in an airtight container.
