Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened

- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1 lb angel hair pasta

Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
- Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker and top with garlic.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, soup, broth, and Italian dressing seasoning.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Shred the chicken and stir back into the sauce.
- Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
- Serve creamy chicken over pasta.
- Garnish with Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
