  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 4 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
  2. Place chicken breasts into the slow cooker and top with garlic.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, soup, broth, and Italian dressing seasoning.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken and stir back into the sauce.
  7. Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.
  8. Serve creamy chicken over pasta.
  9. Garnish with Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper.
