 How to Make the Wontons
1. Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, chopped shrimp, ginger, soy sauce, green onions, broth, salt, and sesame oil. Mash lightly until the mixture becomes smooth but still has small shrimp pieces for texture.
2. Wrap the Wontons
  1. Lay wrappers on a clean surface.
  2. Add 1–2 teaspoons of filling to each.
  3. Brush edges with water and fold to seal.
  4. Press out any air bubbles this prevents tearing.
  5. Fold corners to form the classic wonton shape.
Keep wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent drying.
